😆 aur yaha kon hai aasa jo notification aane par phone chk nai karta. Meditation needs concentration (not on dd😅) for that one have to practice for years….have tried bt somehow drop the idea! Coz have to learn time management before that 😉

So a Meditator will definitely not want to waste his earned energy here , and if one does , it will be overshadowed by offtopic / irrelevant nonsense , and it will not be able to reach effectively to the one who wants to read the main thing
Meditation 100% helps in overall wellbeing of a being ,tested and tried since ages and still continues to be tested by many and 100 % outcome ,
Depression , anxiety , many severe illnesses , memory power , concentration , and likes sufferers are guaranteed with positive results

My understanding and observation:
Most of the people who follow meditation would have suffered mentally. To regain from that, some changes religion, some follow meditation, some go to hospital.
In any case, meditation is not for healthy minds. It is for the suffered minds just to avoid going to (mental) hospital.
Can any one who follow mediation challenge me with the above?
Note: Please consider this as pari prasna (humble request). I am not questioning the authenticity of the mediation.
