@ViratKohli18 Though I could not read all comments here. I would suggest take with gur(jaggery). Or you can add shakkar( yellow brown in colour, kind of powder)
Both above are very good, but available in North only.
I also drink buffalo milk since very long, although i have stopped adding any sugar to it and like that way also.
