Millinium credit cards reward points

I use hdfc millinium credit card and i have query regarding reward points
In website It shows 2.5 cashback for 2000 puchase above and 1% gor wallet reload and offline transactions
If i mank any transaction online below 2000 will i get any teward points?
And is it adviced to use this card for fuel purchases?
