Not sure if the expired KYC can be re-activated again but GVs (with expiry date) got nothing to do with KYC
mini kyc and full kyc question
if mini kyc expires in amazon then cant that be activated again?customer care say that only full kyc can be done now
if customer sticks with expired mini kyc then money cannot be added thru card. but can gift card be purchased and then applied to same account thru card?

Gift card can be added ,
but not purchased i think as kyc is required for that to as you are going to purchase thru bank wallets only.

Why you can’t add it via card?? It will directly get added to your Gifts & Credits
That’s what shows up you add money in a expired kyc account.

Most of min wallet accounts are converted to lifetime accounts. But if one keep using their wallet once in a while it never expires.

Just go to amazon pay and select add money it will automatically add it to gift & credits and with message mentioning same which I also mentioned above.

In one of my old account which I don’t use I am able to do so. Maybe it’s just inactive It’s been dormant from few years I used it once in a while by adding gv.

paji it reaches checkout page but when clicked on pay now it gives error and reaches main page.customer care say that it is because full kyc needs to be done.
