Missed claiming hdfc spend based voucher

I don't check messages as there are lot of spam & phishing links in texts everyday. I deoebd on email communication from bank which I check twice every week diligently.
Today I decided to check inbox as I hadn't received voucher for my spend based offer in mail & found this voucher which expired on 15 Nov 24.
I raised a reissuance request to RM & hdfc cares on x but they replied saying voucher expired can't be reissued
Can anything be done as bank should've sent voucher on registered email & all banks sent vouchers on email including hdfc even this year. They sosm my inbox with instant vouchers & spend based voucher offers but can't send it once I achieve spends?
Feel like closing my credit card & bank account at this casual behaviour

Which is wrong & seems like they're doing intentionally hpping customers have higher chance of not noticing & failing to redeem voucher if only sent to messages. I received all vouchers from amex Amazon & hdfc in email. Never had to search in messages

when do we get quarterly vouchers for moneyback card, upon spending 50k immediately or after quarter end?

@yogobit460 ... I'm in the same boat, I missed out on claiming vouchers worth Rs. 1,000 which expired on 15th November 2024 but I didn't send them any email because they won't extend at any cost.
If you find a way, please let me know too.

Hdfc used to send these vouchers on sms and mail both, but from few months they are sending it in sms only.
