Yesterday (6th Jan 20) is my due date for SBI Credit card bill payment.
I have a very bad habit of paying full bill amount on last date.
i paid the due amount in 2 transactions from amazon upi for Jugaad of cash back on 6th Jan 20 ( Night )
Now both the transactions are still in pending state ( Don’t Know Why )…………

Is there any grace period after DUE date for SBI Credit card?
or shall i pay again now ?
if already it is late, any idea How much late fee/extra they will charge ???

Please share your experiences / thoughts on this………..

SBI gives 3 days grace period as permitted by RBI. You do not have to worry.

If incase  once you r charged the hefty fees for dishonour of payment call sbi they have a policy, they will reverse all charges and remember there are some charges that they charge within 2 to 3 days and additional charge aftr 7 days or so, u need to call them whenever u get charged as they charge under different categories as finance charge late payment charge gst

So don’t worry as this is your first time this year smiley

I will sure call the customer care if they charge me….
Thanks for the suggestion.
As you said “First time this year”,
Does SBI allow one time in a year these kind of late payments in a account??

Use CRED wink

Used CRED for other CC’s…..
exhausted 1000 & 5000 cashback cards…..
Trusted Amazon for immediate transfer of payment….
As my past experience with Amazon and CRED are amazing……
This time my luck and bad habit(paying on due date) screwed me!!!!!!

If this is your first mistake. Then SBI has 1 time pardon policy. Tell them that u didn’t know the rules and norms. And please reverse my fee and taxes.
I am saying this from my personal experience

Usually the credit date will be amazon txn date. Did it get credited?

As soon as I received a statement, I usually schedule NEFT from my bank account one day before the due date.
