mobikiwik credit card bill payment

Mobikwik is not reliable. A transaction which is successful is usually paid in 2-3 days.
My transaction is pending since 19 Nov.
Customer care called told me that they don’t know when it will be refunded but will keep me “updated”.

I’ve used it often, haven’t faced any issue thus fa,  hope I won’t either… Payment gets settled in reasonable time.

At least mention your bank name before asking details from others.
BTW arrange funds and pay from another channel, MK is notorious and will take a week to refund.
Many here faced. I have been lucky so far. 2-3 days max time taken for crediting(any card)

Dont try paying cc bills via mobikwik when u have like only a week dealine
Last time they processed CC payment within 2 days (including sunday)
I had only two days to the due date so everytime in such situations i raise a support ticket (my transaction still shows pending)

About refund, i remember once they took two weeks to process refund to my DC

Yes, I face the same issue for Amex and HDFC diners cards. Mobikwik cc payment always gets failed. Only cuz of their cashback in super cash I try to pay but only pay if you have 2-3 weeks to spare in due date for cc.

Same problem happened with me. Mobikdick is Not reliable at all

They are giving eye catching offers to lure and trap u.
90% users would have faced problem sooner or later.

Ontop they do advt. as if they are the people who got independence to india
