Mobikwik Cannot detect sim card error

I recently installed MiUI 12 updates and after that getting Mobikwik UPI Error “Cannot Detect Sim card”.I can’t able to use upi because of this issue.

All other apps (Gpay,Phone pe etc) working fine.
Even after resintalling the app getting same error.
Can somebody suggest how to fix this error..

I am also facing same issue on Realme phone, its not about MiUi. Still this issue persists. Already tried uninstall-reinstall, sim slot change etc. It was working fine till last month on same device, but from 1st May (when we tried) mobikwik is giving “Cant deduct Sim” error, while its login otp comes fine.

Anyone can help to resolve this issue?

From 4th may I am getting invalid request error…. Tried multiple times but getting same error again and again… Any solution ??

Customer care response is pathetic..Tried saying “clear cookies/cache and try”.But none seems to work.

Android 11? @vasanth_ece Could be a permissions issue. A11 is more restrictive in this regard. But since other apps are working fine this looks to be a bug in MK app.

Correct,all other apps have no issues and working fine..Even customer care not aware of this issue,which makes things worse.Mine is not a11 it’s android 10 only.

Update from Twitter support:
Update the mobikwik app to latest version 22.6.2

From 4 may I am getting error in upi. But today after updating the app version 22.6.2 I am able to use upi without any issue.

Latest update seems to fix this bug…Even I was getting invalid request error after last OS update , but it’s working fine now
