as per my experience Mobikwik cc bill pay is not reliable ..for failed trxns we need to wait 7-8 days for refund .. some times it shows pending for a week and then fails so total u need to wait around 15 days for refund.. its behavior is uncertain

Worked for me when I was testing payment for my HDFC credit card. It takes a couple of days to reflect in your cc.

I would rather recommend using Paytm for credit card bill payment. I load my wallet with HDFC Millennia Debit card and then pay the bill using it. The payment is also almost instantly reflected.
