So many genuine accounts are disabled by mobikwik, see in Twitter hundreds of complaints .use money in mobikwik wallet soon.

Hackers have gained access to email address: password combination and are accessing accounts through hq proxies.
Disabling account is actually safety for genuine users we can mail them and can reenabled our accounts within 3-4hrs than to loss our hard earned money.
Surely not Shewata/Neha/Amit from Mobikwik? 
Its quite natural with Mobikwik.. they are no.1 fraud with decent outlook. So why i have even avoided doing KYC with mobidick !
After 2 yrs , I did kyc 2 weeks back only… Got 200 supercash for first dth rc … Why do u say like this ?! They have got into scam or mystery cheating of late ?!
It was amex which had a bug now rectified.
what was the bug ?
Thats why they are not allowing to add money using amex card
