Mobikwik for credit card bill payments

is it safe to do credit card bill payment using mobikwik using debit card for 20k transaction, i heard from many users complaining about the refunds and all. and why pending shows??

transaction gets successfull nah , and what about refund if failed, you experience any such issue

safe but make a payment on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only
else due to holiday issue your payment may stuck

Have paid many times via debit card & payment was processed in few days. Once used UPI & I was fortunate that amount was auto refunded.
Try to pay on weekdays & keep a cushion of few days from due date.

Pay, 5-7days befoe the last date of payment(refund, pending issues may occur). Don’t pay via Mobikwik in the last days.
