A month ago, one of my cc bill payment failed on mobikwik and money isn’t refunded back to the prepaid card that I used to for bill payment. Tried raising issue via mobiwik help section, but this transaction doesn’t show up there, its present only in history. How to contact mobikwik customer care?

You said Prepaid Card right? Only issuing banks can load money onto Prepaid cards. Talk to your bank customer care about the refund process.

For prepaid cards, refunds can be processed by respective merchants, they are treated different from money load.
