@mobikwik Guys on 17 th Sept I was trying to purchase amazon egift voucher worth 100 rs from mobikwik.But unfortunately my money got debited from my debit card while transaction failed at Mobikwik back to back two times.Upon complaining they told me that refund is initiated from them .Today is 23 rd but still I didnt get any refund.Kindly suggest what should i do now,contacted them on twitter also.Total 200 rs stuck.Kindly help friends.
Update: Just got my refund.
This isnt a fraud exactly, it takes 15-30 days for refund to come to bank in normal cases

But in case of amazon,refund credited within 4-5 working days.Is it special case for mobikwik??Upon asking they also provided me two ARN no for these two refund.

That is based on chance, the normal time is this only
If you have the arn then contact the bank, they would help out, for the first time mobikwik is not at fault here

Thats the bank timeline bro, check with your bank, its common for all merchants, just by chance you got the refunds earlier and that happens some times, for this also it would come much sooner if everything goes well

I think he meant, first add money to any wallet (mobikwik in your case) and then pay, refunds would be instant

Its.takes tym.bro, at least 7 working days, so wait, money will.get refunded, or u can contact customer care of those bank they will telll u exact date of refund
Same happened to me i tried to buy amazon gv of rupees 2000 two time one from upi and second from credit card. Got upi refund in the same day and cc refund after 4 days
I always got the refund within an hour without any complain in most of the cases through upi. Better use upi if u can’t wait for refund.

Seriously kis duniya me ji rahe ho, wakeup bro 2019 me hum ji rahe ha.
UPI refund timeline is instant, if merchant use express refund, otherwise UPI refund timeline 2-3 days but sometimes it will take upto 5 days.
Mobikwik use express refund on UPI service.
same thing happened to me today…Mobikwik refund issue with credit card…How much time it will take ?
I added 1500 rupees to Mobikwik wallet, only 1300 go added to wallet, what happened to 200 rupees?? Can anyone let me know?
