Mobikwik money debited

Was buying a gift card, but money got debited and transaction was canceled. Transaction is not showing up in transaction history. I paid through debit card, will I get refund automatically? Customer care number keeps me on hold forever.

It depends upon transaction if transaction id is generated then u will get refund in 4 to 5 days if no then it will take time as transaction is not captured by mobikwik payment gateway refund occurs maximum deadline is 30
