Mobikwik: Money deducted while using self upi but not credited in other account

Hi,

Mostly i am using the phonepe for the self money transfer between my different bank accounts.

yesterday i was used the mobikwik for self upi money transfer( sbi to Standard chartered). then after getting the failed message.

After that i have reported the issue they told.me to contact to concerned bank for issue you have faced.

can you please suggest me other way to get my money back which are stuck in the transaction.

Anything same happened with anyone? please share your feedback.
