In my solo order on my recently created account at Jiomart (created many month’s after my parent’s used Jiomart before i did)… there were fruits and veggies.
so when quality issues cropped up and i wrote to them, it felt good to notice the desi and an Indian salutation they used in the e-mail.
did not know, other widely-known brands did it too.

These guys are pathetic.

Finally blaming user’s for their data breech. Stupidity at its best
When you find “you are secured by 2FA (OTP)” in the open message (in their defence);
Bauthi buddiman hei ye _ick(A-Z in blank)
this line from the response clearly tell how careless they are:
“No misuse of your wallet balance, credit card or debit card is possible without the one-time-password (OTP) that only comes to your mobile number.”
all they are saying is no big deal if CC/DC details are leaked. and asking their users to make sure that thet dont give OTP to anyone.
PS: I am so happy that I never signed up in this MobiTiki.
RBI new rule is so so right that these companies should not be allowed to save CC/DC details.

They are not even replying to requests asking to close account.
