Mobikwik is not doing something new, it has been very serous since begging against the loot/misuse.

You can't use more than Rs 25 in a month nowadays. Rs 10 on recharge and Rs 15 on bill payment. I don't remember any merchant allowing 5% supercash usage in the past year. May be PharmEasy.
