Mobikwik Supercash expiring suddenly.

As per terms and conditions of Mobikwik, you have to make at least 1 MobiKwik payment in 3 months to keep your SuperCash balance from expiring.
But truth is that, the super cash is getting expired by Mobikwik suddenly even before the period of 90 days and that too without notice. please check and save yourselves.
I have lost approx 1800 supercash, which I was planning to buy 10-20 rupees vouchers, but suddenly mobikwik expired all the supercash.
If anybody faced this issue and got resolved, please let me know.

Happened with me too, 400 supercoins lapsed without any prior notice.

Are you sure you didn’t get any notification? I got several of them till the day of expiry of SuperCash. Just go to Profile > Notifications, and check there.

Earlier used to get notification as well as sms but the intention of mobikwik is not good this time. So, they dont notify and deduct all supercash that too within 90 days range also.
I have messaged Mobikwik for the issue via messenger, first I got robotic reply. Then, they say issue is being worked upon. Its almost 4 hours since last response. Lets wait and watch. Will update as soon as I received any reply.

Update 21.03.22- supercash reverted back by mobikwik after long discussion through messenger chat.
But, Mobikwik has suddenly changed the applicability of voucher redeemed by supercash and now, it is not applicable on credit card bill payments.
Now, I am in dilemma where to use these supercash. Certainly, I will not use mobikwik again for credit card bill payments.
Any suggession where to use super cash or voucher redeemed for super cash are most welcome.

350+250 sc expired without any sort of information…
I don’t know on what basis they are deducting the sc..
Previously sc had no expiry at all…
They sent notification 3 times between 5 toh 9 March

I successfully registered for UPI in gpay, Paytm, freecharge,phonepe and apay..
Only mobikwik is giving me this trouble from 3 days..

you’ll have to check with customer care and follow up with them on a continuous basis, they will do something from the backend and then it’ll work.
I had changed the phone and it was not allowing to add , had to follow up with customer care for more than a month to get it resolved.

max I can use 500 by redeeming 100*5 vouchers per month..
by this way… I won’t be able to use 5500

Check your Notifications in Mobikwik. You must have got the notification about your expiring SuperCash several times before the expiry date.
