last time Flipkart rejected my redmi note 4x change as there was a slight discoloration on the buttons. I heard that Amazon is more generous in exchange of mobile phones please share your experience

I recently bought washing machine from flipkart on exchange. Old machine was dead and flipkart doesn’t accept dead machines. So i gave delivery guy 200,he marked it as working and I got the discount. So if you have problem just pay them upfront.
