Mobile Recharged With 5K by Mistake

Yesterday My Cook was sending Money(5k) to someone using Paytm App. But Unfortunately he did Recharge of Same Person with Rs 5k (Idea Operator).
I have tried to convince Idea and Paytm CC but they are saying We can’t reverse Successful Recharges.
What can be done Now ?

He is not ok. Just Recharge of 5k with 28 days validity.
Contact that person whose mobile was recharged. Ask him to type a message from his idea mobile
WRC space followed by Transaction Id received in SMS & send it to 51808
If this doesn’t work then take help of any Idea Retailer

I think its a top up recharge. This is main balance i think and will not expire. ( Extra 28 days validity).
Yes correct now a days recharge above 100 all operator giving 28 days validity of outgoing with main balance.
Hope your cook is ok, very sad incident during very sad times.
I think you should contact few media channels, then Idea may refund it.
May be youtube video or something like that

Same issue with airtel but they transferred to original number after 1 month..
Airtel stands there..
Idea is an useless operator with worst customer support so they are not successful

1. Fast forward tha Recharge ke time , operator apne aap select ho jata hai.
2. Referral kmaane ..soch bdloo har din garliyaate rhte ho.
3. Main ghar par hu wo apne ghar par , tum bhi aana govt ke sath ..tmhara hisaab kitab bhi baki hai
they can reverse the whole amt if they want. mail them n say ur cook is a daily wage earner n he was sending the money for emergency. he really needs the money n he doesn’t have any money. try to convince them.
I have sent mail to them stating issue in holistic manner.
if receiver is relative then it can be managed otherwise receiver will take it as opportunities
and yes idea is not going to reverse though technically it is possible to reverse

Write to both Paytm and Idea appellate or Nodal Officer
Go to Twitter and ask paytm to reverse recharge
make same request to idea too make a case of death and life due corona crisis and no wages from past one month take a video of your cook screeming crying like mera ab Kya hoga Ghar mein waise bhi rashan nahi, Mera to waise bhi koi or Kamane Wala nahi etc
A short video explanation by cook will be very effective post scereen shot of the transaction and tell your cook to hold mobile in his hand showing transaction in paytm passbook expression should be disheartening
i will suggest op to do it. Atleast it will get attention and then only they may refund. Idea/voda is worst service provider out there and in normal condition they will never ever refund. So if she want to get her money, then do something unique (something like drupal suggested)
Make a video of cook crying etc and tag PMO, STATE CM, PAYTM ADITYA BIRLA ETC…. ATLEAST SOMEONE WILL HAVE PITY ON HIM..
Why people making fun of this ?? 5k may not be a big amount for you but it may be a huge amount for the cook…
@ViratKohli18 , Wait for the Appellate’s email reply…If they don’t reply, take the matter to FB & Twitter…And on social media, post/tweet directly on their timeline & don’t send message so that other customers can also see your grievances…
Some highly insensitive people are laughing at a lady cook who is working hard to earn a life. In coronavirus times such people are most affected. No one should laugh for such incidents.
Op can call directly to appellate and nodal officers and explain the situation, only they can help if possible.
People shouldn’t use financial apps if they don’t know how to use them.atleast they should ask for help instead of thinking that ‘I know it all attitude’. Atleast she should have asked ur help ur and we are pro at it anways .please tell her to stop using Paytm and other such online financial services to prevent such an incident from occuring again or learn how to use them
