money deducted in phonepe but not credited in receiver’s account. tell solutions guys .

Wait for 24 hrs. If not gets credited or refund . Contact to cc
Usually it takes 2-3 days time for failed Phonepe transaction to get reversed into source account or to get credited to destination account(strange but sometimes at initial phonepe app shows the transaction is failed andstill money gets credited in destination account and later the status gets changed in phonepe). In the meantime open a ticket in phonepe support.
According to RBI circular if UPI transaction is pending after T+2 days ( T is transaction date) then there is a penalty on the source or destination bank that holds the money.
For Me, It Happened Altogether Different Thing.
I Paid 9K And It Got Deducted Instantly But Went In Pending State.
Then I Told My Friend That It’s Pending Now , It Will Get Delivered In Some Time.
He Said He Already Got 
And I Was Like 
And Then I Showed My Pending Screenshot And He Showed His Bank Transaction Which Reflected The Received Amount 
The Pending State Changed To Successful After 2 Days
WEIRD Phone Pe Weird Stories. 
I’ll tell what happened with me once.
I sent 1000 to my friend and transaction got successful. It was all green and money was sent.
But when I checked my icici statement, the money was instantly reversed and no amount was sent to my friend.
UPI is not that reliable. You will have to contact phonepe CC but, they may say the transaction was successful. Keep follow up with them with screen shots of origination bank statement and destination bank statement. With Gpay, it took 45 days to get refund after weekly follow up with Gpay CC.

To get money back , atleast 8 detailed emails at different intervals ,

finally I had to send my bank statement pdf from date(transaction) to till date ,
so that they know the money hasn’t refunded . , after this I got refund .
It was a learning experience ,
subject it different , so that it takes attention , put organised information , as much information possible ,

Is transaction instant on Weekends.
Transferred yesterday evening. Did not received yet.
weekends shouldn’t matter for upi,neft ,rtgs .
Money debit but not credit reciver account plzz solution yaar mere ghar pe shadi hai 4 march ko kiya hu plzz abhi tak credit nahi hua pehle 48 hour ka time liya fir 24 hour ka time liya fr 4 din ka time liya plzz phone pay resolve my case yaar i am very disappointed 😒😒

Wait for 24-48 hours, either funds will be restored back to your account or sent to the receivers accounts. Has happened quite a lot with me.. UPI isn’t that reliable yet.
