Hello Friends, i want to discuss my problem here i Send 10,000 from my Bank account (paytm saving account) by using Phone pe to my brother account (Bank of Maharashtra) but the problem is in phonepe transaction is successful but money is not credited in my brother account, Paytm customer care told me transaction is successful talk to phone pe, phonepe customer care told me they got confirmation from B.O.M regarding the transaction and transaction is successful,phonepe told me to talk with B.O.M ,now B.O.M told me they don’t receive the money and after providing UTR number of transaction B.O.M told me they are able to check UTR number of transaction which is paid using B.O.M account,so now i want to fill a chargeback form when i talk to paytm for chargeback form they transfer the call to senior management and then call is disconnected.anyone having same issue or its solution then please comment here.

within 3 days me money credit ho jayega ya phir auto refund aa jayega.
“Bank of Maharashtra” name se he pata hona chahiye “public sector bank” ha saturday & sunday bank ki system down ho jata ha.
may be faced first time so he is panicked.

I have 5 transaction in dispute
Thank god, I never signed up for UPI transfers.
Whenever I have to transfer funds, I use IMPS or NEFT. if it’s small amount then I use wallet balance.
and also 10,000 is not a small amount, and you can’t relax when this happens first time.
I transferred 2000 Rs from BOM to SBI through paytm upi. Money got credited to sbi from bom but instantly reversed but they reversed money 2 times so lost 2000 Rs What to do ? 10 days over but havent received money which was reversed 2 times

Maine phonepe se 3000/- transfer kiya tha, money bhi debit ho gaya but beneficiary k account me credit nahi hua. Phonepe me transaction successful bata raha but BOI k account me transfer hi nahi hua. Customer care me call kiya, branch me ja kar charge back form bhara, nodal officer se baat kiya. Koi solution nahi mil raha. I am in tension now. 2 months ho gaye ab toh, reverse bhi nahi aaya 😣

Can anybody help me out? I made a transaction through phonepe using bhim upi. It shows transaction successful but amount not received by the receiver.i have checked their bank statement also amount not received by them. How will I get back this amount now.

Even I am facing problem….I have sent 30,000 to receiver but the receiver hasn’t received the money and even in my account money has been deducted….I happen 6days ago…..still no money refunded…and the status is transaction successful…can any give suggestions to this…..the sender bank is SBI and the receiver bank is Bank of Baroda….
I also have a similar problem I used PhonePay to send money to my friend, the transaction is successful and the amount also got debited from my bank account(SBI) but my friend hasn’t received the money(Bank of Baroda), the transaction was done on the 26-sept-2020 and i also raised a complaint on PhonePay but they are saying the transaction is received by the recipients bank, I verified the UPI ID and everything is Correct and I have done transactions to the same person before and they were all successful, I also contacted my branch and told them the issue but they didn’t give me any satisfactory response and my friend also contacted their bank but the are saying the money is not received.

Same issue, have tansferred xxxxx amount to phone pay UPI through my paytm UPI, it was successful in netbanking and both Paytm statements but recipient denying to accept that he received it .
