Money deducted but not refunded , whom should i contact

I paid 7000 rs to dhani on 6th jan , thursday morning. But the transaction failed.
I got a mail from razor pay that the money would be refunded to bank account in 5 to 7 working days.
BUt till now its not refunded to my sbi account.
When i contacted sbi ,they till me to contact razor pay or dhani. But razor pay mail says to contact sbi. Whom should i contact ?

You did a transaction with Two worst financial institutions DHANI and SBI..
Your money will be refunded..but You can’t do much about it other than waiting for SOMETIME..
Why do you say sbi is worst ??
But isnt razorpay the one taking care of dhani pay ?? I thought they were good.
email sbi care with refund reference number and take that message to razorpay and dhani. That way you can get proper response. Even after this they continue doing it then complaint to nodal officer of respective parties.

contact razorpay 22g they are good in these cases
Anyway i have filed for chargeback on 25th with sbi and they have sent it to upi it seems … hope it works fast
