Money deducted but not refunded , whom should i contact

I paid 7000 rs to dhani on 6th jan , thursday morning. But the transaction failed.
I got a mail from razor pay that the money would be refunded to bank account in 5 to 7 working days.
BUt till now its not refunded to my sbi account.
When i contacted sbi ,they till me to contact razor pay or dhani. But razor pay mail says to contact sbi. Whom should i contact ?

I told them and they are like , " We are not responsible . pls contact razorpay "
Why do you say sbi is worst ??
But isnt razorpay the one taking care of dhani pay ?? I thought they were good.
email sbi care with refund reference number and take that message to razorpay and dhani. That way you can get proper response. Even after this they continue doing it then complaint to nodal officer of respective parties.
also mail your own sbi branch (sbi.bankifsccode @ sbi.com)

Anyway i have filed for chargeback on 25th with sbi and they have sent it to upi it seems … hope it works fast
Havr you shared refund ids with sbi?
If yes, then share thr response to razorpay again
