Money got debited from account No transaction history in Mobikwik | Help CC Payment

I tried paying Rs 25k CC bill via Mobikwik.
Made the payment using GPay UPI. Money got debited. Mobid*ck app got stuck and transaction didn’t go. I can’t see any transaction history for this failed transaction. My money is now stuck. How long will it take for refund?
Waiting from 9 march….. I think the whole company is running on cloud.. Nobody that u can interact with
My transaction failed.. Money deducted…. No refund… No response…. Have complained on consumer forum… Let see how much time they take
UPI refunds are quick in general within 2 days. But still it’s Mobid*ck so can expect a delay even here.
Bro, it will take 10-15 working days.
So,at worst consider 20days
If you are lucky might get back in a week

what !!!? that’s scary! I spoke to CC but they are saying their dashboard is down and can’t help right away as unable to fetch transaction history. My 25k is stuck till god knows when will the refund come.

20 days is long time but till the time money is safe and refund comes, I am okay waiting.

There are 3-4 threads on dd regarding same… In march…. There is some issue on their end….. And they are so overwhelmed by complaints that there is no response for days…… Some people before have even lost money…..

Last time something similar happen, the transaction showed up after couple of hours (& the bill payment was successful)
Edit: Assumed the Tx failed, retried payment and both got processed!

Click on help→ recharge and bill payment, you will be able to see your transaction there.
Initiate query from there itself.
GPay + Mobikwik + mobikwik cc bill payment.
Triple worst combination.
Now please dnt say you bank is SBI. 😀

Chill bro. It’s common with mobikwik. App often fails to capture failed transaction info. But they do have it in their records, just not visible to us. Refunds will be automatic. Wait for dew days, then raise a complaint with your bank. Once bank confirms that money reached mobi bank account. Throw this info and bank trans id on di*ks face. They will process it manually with some shameless excuses. Even then if d*ck acts clueless, Complaint to RBI.

My transaction failed on 9 march …. Today is 25…no refund yet…. The 2 days u are talking.. Is surely of jupiter or mars…. Not earth…
