Hii guys I have around ₹500 in Gpay gold vault.
Issue is my phone fell off in water and not working now.
Now when I am trying to login via my other phone its giving error “Can’t verify phone number” even otp is getting detected automatically and sim is also there in phone.
Hence not letting me login even its not letting me login any account.
Any solution to the problem. Can I sell that gold directly from mmtc-pamp website?

Message is getting automatically detected but after that error comes.
I didn’t understand what you mean by can’t verify phone number. Your SIM is working or not? If it is working I don’t think there should be any issues. First login your gmail account then login to GPay and then sell the gold.
You have to insert sim bro…because of this

I thought you are asking for digital new gold (bitcoin)
since it bitcoin if you loose device wallet it is not possible to recover.
Gpay could be access from other device

you need to insert sim in your other phone and Gpay will send a message to your bank to verify phone number, simply you need to again do a UPI registration when you change phone for all UPI apps.
