A friend ordered medicines from 1mg. Order was divided in two parts.for second one they mentioned on bill/sticker pasted on box that it is cod and mentioned amount to be collected.my friends senior citizen parents told delivery person that it should be prepaid but in his app was also showing that it is cod and amount to be collected was mentioned.so they paid thinking the difference would have been refunded. There was no refund of this amount to card.he has been contacting them from past 15 days but they are saying to wait 24-48 hours everytime and then they dont do anything.today one person said return window is closed but they dont want to return anything.why was cash taken in prepaid order? where to complain about this? @getready @guest_999 @quantum @Mayavi @Ash-D @Snapz @tappukepapa @saucap

Their app is messed customer support have no clue. Recently I had similar issue when extra amount for weight adjustment in big basket was deducted again even when I paid it during the delivery.

Tried calling the numbers? I think you should file a complaint in consumer forum.
