Koi supreme court valo ko btaye, btw from electricity to tolls everything is free for them, ki people who were paying their bills on time during lockdown also deserve the same.
P.S. I don’t have a cc but I can understand how every cc owner must have gone through during lockdown.

Supreme Court seems to be distinguishing between personal loans & credit cards even though personal loans actually come with much less interest rate than credit card outstanding. Maybe Supreme Court considered this point to decide that those taking personal loans are “real borrowers” while those using credit cards are doing it for benefits so they are “fake borrowers” as they do have the choice of not using credit cards & let go of benefits. e.g. home loan emi is different from taking a TV on emi using credit card.
