Cyber Security. Very less people in India, gets paid hefty package and good scope in future even if AI/MI take over.
Search terms like CASB,DLP,ZTNA etc.

You can learn online. Signup for github student account, you’ll get everything you need. Azure ac, personal domain, testing use cases and creating websites through backdrop for testing and so on. I saw few courses on Udemy but they’re also basic, nothing useful to suggest.
Search terms as per my post above and learn for such things.
The courses done in institutes are basic and doesn’t help much. Only thing you require is good logical thinking and skills to use that logic.
Example; if you’re working in paytm with 5000 other employees, one of the employee is stealing data through email or pendrive, what would you do to prevent it as IT head? The more you think like a thief, the better you’ll be in this field.
Btw; if you’ve good communication skills, willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR specially GGN, done IT grad like btech/bca, pm your resume. I’ll get you hired, you’ll get training and basic package of 25-30k, once you’re in this field for 1-2 years, the basic package will be 7-8L/A.
