Motorola one fusion plus issue (on sending sms)

It may be an issue with the sim card. Is the sim card quite old?

Could be software/hardware issue but this doesn’t sound good
Check Lenovo/XDA forums and see if anyone else is facing the same issue?
If you couldn’t figure it out, then raising return/replacement request is the only option

Mobile has replacement option of 7 days. If anything mentioned above doesn’t work, Check any update available on phone, if yes do it else create replacement request. They would send technician to help resolve the problem

I think this phone’s software/hardware is unable to handle airtel sim type or network type properly.

if its motorola then return it , they dont even gave promised update of latest andoird

Anyone using Motorola one fusion plus with airtel? Stupid airtel is saying volte is not compatible on my phone.

Good news. I am able to reproduce the issue. The sim card slot shows empty, whenever an app tries to send and read sms in background. For example, bank app requires authentication through sms. Also during upi registration.

Get the sim replaced and if the issue still persists then opt for phone replacement.

has this airtel VoLTE issue been fixed or is it still disturbing you? since my motorola is about to get delivered tomorrow, i was worried for the same, cause i have an airtel SIM too, will update tomorrow though one of my friends said he is not facing any issue with airtel on this particular said handset

First, insert a jio sim and make a call. And simultaneously connect to internet. Check if you are able to connect the internet while on call or not. Let me know this then I will write about the problem further.

and what’s the update with Airtel VoLTE, coz I have airtel and Jio both and was planning to ditch Jio.

this is why i stopped buying devices which are rarity in terms of users or too new in market. Moto after lenovo acquisition is a DEAD brand with their ENTHUSIASM nil in development and software support. Their lethargicity is faced by us Users

Hello fellas , I just came to know Moto one plus fusion model is not registered with Airtel Volte. This is 2020 and i cant believe it. I have order this phone too. I am already having problem with volte on redmi 3s with airtel. I was happy atleast i wont face volte issue after I ordered this phone. But I was wrong. I Hope they registered this phone in airtel volte.

Apart from airtel volte issue this phone doesn’t even have magnetometer/compass sensor which basically shows in which direction you are going in google maps. If you frequently use navigation in google maps then this device isn’t for you.
