Moving Fincare Bank Savings Account to AU Bank Savings Account

Hello Dimers,
Currently I hold Imperial Savings account in Fincare Bank along with 2 more family members. Bank representative from AU Branch is asking me to move to AU Bank Savings account (Close Fincare Bank Account and open AU Bank Account). But he is not sure whether Rupay Platinum Card will be given in AU Bank.
Please let me know the equivalent Imperial Savings account variant in AU Bank? Currently I dont need to maintain any MAB in any of my 3 family members account as I hold FD. Also Platinum Rupay Card if free of cost in Fincare Bank.
Will there be any charge for Platinum Rupay Card in AU Bank?
Is it compulsory to move from Fincare to AU? As the Bank rep is saying - March 2025 is the deadline to move.

Bank Rep is saying currently they are providing only visa variant and not rupay variant.
In AU, is there any annual fee for rupay platinum dc?
Iam having fincare zero balance account opened with adhaar otp KYC and video KYC years before.
The virtual debit card showing in app but no CVV visible.
