I love Dhoni for his song selection for retirement. “Main pal do pal ka Shayar hoon”. he knew that his time has come and should leave place in team for others. Respect.

Considering their uncertain future & corona crisis.. its better to forget about cricket and spend time with family
For Raina..its more like a formality, they are not going to pick him even for a single match for a better send-off (similar to Kaif, Yuvi retirements) like the privileged

We need fresh talent and abundant players in all sports so that public don’t create super rich like Sachin, Dhoni , Kohli .
Too many actors have made Bollywood a levelling ground . We need same for cricket and other sports.
Afterall acting and sports is mostly about training and discipline which can be cultivated easily by starting from young age.
MSD was struggling for couple of years now. Why is everyone saying that he retired in good time! May be because it is still better than other indian chachas who dragged on for several years 😈
PS – I also like MSD but no individual can be over country interest
Feel sad for the decision but I believe it was indeed the correct decision as only dhoni can time his decisions perfectly. It is time for young guns to take over. Body can only support that much. Will miss this guy, one of the best ODI players of our country.

Well this is the fate of any player – one or another day he/she have to retire.. but the main point is didn’t team india prepared any wicket keepers to take his position ? No
there was time when dhoni was wicket keeper/captain/batsman in all formats 
Now captains are, Virat/Rohit in T20/ODI, Virat/Rahane in Test.
and wicket keepers are KL Rahul/Pant/Samson in T20/ODI, Saha in Test.
Fans think as if world revolves around them. But it’s not true. World is permanent, rest of us are temporary
Change is permanent.

Miss you MSD in Indian colours!
