Can you arrange a "dot edu" e-mail address (not fake ones, but of a genuine institution)?
Or can find someone with ISIC, willing to help out?

Many a MVP, digital evangelists and others too help those genuine cases or community contributors whom they find worthy.

Microsoft DreamSpark ⁽ᶠᵒʳ ˢᵗᵘᵈᵉⁿᵗˢ⁾, Microsoft BizSpark ⁽ᶠᵒʳ ˢᵐᵃˡˡ ᵇᵘˢⁱⁿᵉˢˢᵉˢ⁾ may have been depreciated or rebranded now, but BOTH programs were/are very popular, successful in getting highly discounted and (in case of students) free software products.

Back in the day, I personally helped many genuine people/ young professionals with many developer tool softwares and full fledged products, legally sourced for free via DreamSpark.

A bit of an on-line search would help find the current names/avtaars of programs like BizSpark, DreamSpark.

Without ISIC too, via some regional contests or programs in various markets.. Microsoft or their top vendors have offered full packaged products for free (digital download).

I myself got N number of legal licences for Office 2013 Pro, Office 2016 Pro and some other Microsoft products.

Now no longer into all this. Limited personal needs now and prefer to use open source or the free versions of these products by logging in via browser.

Even the educational versions of Office 365 https://microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office are free to use, for the students of enrolled institutions.

@bikidas2060 @Navneet Since you and few others here.. keep such information and topics, on your radar
you may fancy checking my preceding response, unless the benevolent 'powers that be' decide to pursue their "haphazard" (content removal) policy.
Of-course, such details should preferably be shared only with the needy (and not the greedy).
