I have a long order history in my amazon account but due to foreign travel I was not using it since last year. After I lost my mobile recently I received an email that my account email has been changed. Amazon CC verified everything incl. address, name, order etc but still reluctant to restore my account saying it requires OTP verification and email is not enough. But another representative says I will get back account.
How can I contact directly with Amazon investigation team or someone who can solve this problem ?

As far my knowledge is concerned no need for fir copy just produce vaild document they will issue new instantly
What kind of valid document ? I already verified my orders, address etc with amazon CC.
Send a copy of FIR to Amazon on [email protected].
Tell them to change your number, they should help.

If you have done KYC in Amazon atleast provide that. Otherwise How would they know it’s you?
Btw you can ask them to stop any Apay wallet txn for few days until you get a New sim. That’s all.
Incase you are trying to get access to someone else’s Amazon account you need atleast access to registered email or phone number or learn skillful social engineering tricks.
