My order delivery date is rescheduled again and again.
Still no sign of shipping.
The product is in stock and has one day delivery.
Customer care on call asking me to cancel and order again. But I don't want to cancel.
How can I get my order delivered?

Try via twitter route, agar cancel karke same price par dobara available karwate hain toh dekh lo. Via Price difference with GV as compensation, Chances are low btw.
Don't cancel & drag them to consumer court if they cancel it without giving any valid reason. Is it a part of a large order? They are doing it on purpose to make you ineligible for a promotional or cashback offer.
When same thing happened, I talked with customer care about additional amount for new purchase,they will offered a compensation equalant to price difference. After i purchased again,they reimbursed that amount.but lot of calls .

I agreed for refund. They refunded amount as cashback. But order not cancelled. They unable to cancel the order, even it's not allowing me to cancel it.
They sent me a mail regarding price difference. If I order same product.
