he thinks money grows on trees
he is in 12th , commerce stream still gives no f to studies.. 2 months left for exam.. Yesterday 1hr i explained him how he can do all he wants after entering into a good college..
Today i caught him connecting laptop with tv and playing GTA.. On scolding him he laughs and says that i said him to not play pubg.. Not any other game
He thinks money grows on trees and he can enter a good college by donation… No we are not a financially stable family..still he thinks that way coz dad fulfills all his demands.. What to do? He is a below average performer and takes interest in all bogus activities other than studies!!
please dimers please suggest how to tackle this spoiled kid!!!
He knows all but still he does it …
Is he gone mad aur what …
Most of the people will say this but …
Take it easy u have to understand him …
First of all stop beating him that will create hatred in him against u and ur family ….
Be his friend and u will know the answer why he is doing this ….
Beating will worst the case from here plz mark my words ….
Everybody is not good at studies he may good in other things that u can help him …
Expectations will kill the realtionship i have seen most of the times ….
Have a good relationship with him a little open minded type and I think this will work ….
examine your own biases

There are two ways to learn in life.
1. Learn from ones own mistake. You are already the victim here, so works best to straighten oneself.
2. Learn from others mistake. You are safe here…yet. Not so effective as #1, but works if one has an open mind.
Do you have examples of case#2 in your close family/friends which you can show to your brother? Its should be real example which he can see, else it would like any other futile lecture session.
