My Credit Card Bill Payment Still Shows pending in Mobikwik

I paid CREDIT CARD bill via Mobikwik on 8th February,2020 & it is still in pending.It’s been 2 days and no reply from mobikwik that my transaction is failed or successed.
I also Contacted them via Twitter but they are not answering anything other then my transaction is in pending state.
Can anyone suggest what will i do ??

i am not able to raise ticket on app.

Going by the disclaimer on cc bill payment page, mk says it may take upto 72 hrs. So wait for atleast another 48 hrs, since the txn was on Saturday.
I also did cc bill payment on Saturday itself. I have raised the query. Will update here.

Usually takes 2 working days
Check for tomorrow it will credit

Saturday and Sunday don’t count……. Generally mobikwik transaction process next day….
But transaction done on Friday to Sunday takes time, normally they processing it within Tuesday..
I already paid around 60+ bills, and only 1 failed, money refunded after 7 days.

i paid on 7th feb and it was pending till today morning but it got processed an hour ago. don’t worry you will either get your money back or it will get processed.

Have you paid in banks website, the pending amount, in parallel ? (Within 3 days from due date)
Else definitely you will get charges.
- If it is more than 3 days from due date.
- If it’s sbi it is more than 2 days from due date and for next 2 months are you supposed to pay next bills on statement date itself (not due date).

Don’t Worry They will refund your amount in your payment method or your transaction will get successfull. They Usually take 7-10 days for that
