My Experience with Easemytrip bookings

Disclaimer: Below is my actual experience with Easemytrip and may or may not relate to others experience with same company. Sharing here only for awareness so that others may not fall in trap of them.

On fine day I had booked return Bus tickets from Easemytrip. But got cheated by them and faced one of worst experience from Customer service team and management!
The bus tickets were denied by operator. Which clearly shows tickets issued by them could be fake. On contacting customer care, no resolution provided but tickets getting auto closed. Contacted their management over twitter but they don’t have any time to resolve the issues. After a number of follow ups they asked me to collect refund from Operator’s counter. They even can’t understand when ticket is denied by operator, why they could issue a refund and moreover when a customer has paid online why he would go to bus stand to collect refund.

Although I already have filed case in Consumer courts against cheat by Easemytrip for issuing fake tickets. Would post the updates on proceeding in this thread.
