My icici netbanking colour changed today this morning... What does it means..??

Its a 5 month old salary account.... Today I logged in and the colour is changed... Its showing privlge.... But account variant is still showing the original sbkit... As I opened the account offline...

Did you get apay card with high limit recently?
That is maybe the cause. (Happened with me despite maintaining 3 rs mab 🤣)

Due to internal policy... I escalated till icici ombudsman.....

Maybe now after privlge banking.... They might give any pre approved offer..... Other than apay....

You may have applied for a new debit card or you may have received new card as old card is expired.

Generally, I have seen this happening on new debit card.

I got rupay platinum card.... I also hold visa normal card... Nothing was written on it.... There was privlge banking written on it... It was 2-3 months back.

Well, as I told you, you may have already been a Privilege customer, but that Rupay Platinum triggered/updated the system.

Off Topic: Are you still able to use the Visa card after you started using your Rupay Card? Is Visa still visible in iMobile?

Yes.... I have salary account so u can take 2 debit cards.... For normal accounts only one will work....

Even I have Salary account with ICICI, but my Visa card was blocked after I started using Rupay Card.

My iMobile App also does not show Visa Card after I received Rupay card.

After add-on card online apply, contact icici support and told them to issue only add on RuPay card otherwise icici auto generate add-on visa card. Also high chance your primary card will block and you still get add on visa card.
