My jio network is not working indoor even after complianing – there will be zero network bars on my mobile.i am able to make /recieve calls only when wifi is on through wificalling. when power goes off or my wifi is switched off then am unable to even get a single msg. i have tried all networks. please let me know if you any solution for this problem.

This is because the tower anteena is tuned to a certain angle.. In my building I get full bars until 5th floor.. I go upto 14th floor and it drops to under 2 bars or less.. The tower is like 100 meters away so its too close and there is not enough distance to spread the signal.. Also 4G scatters much less so no reflections like 2G where you move the phone around to get a better reception..
One way to do it is to get a signal booster.. You have an anteena that you place at a height with good signal and it passes that signal to your home.. I dont think the cmpany can do anything on this as they would have to add in another anteena for such people in blind areas..
Installing Signal boosters can land you in jail
I used to get full signal inside my home before launch. then it started going down. Every time i complained, they would say we will fix it. finally after 2 yeas I just stopped recharging. complaining didnt help me.
