I received an email today from kotak bank saying that my 811 account status has been changed from no freeze to total freeze for “ÖTP with another bank (CKYC)”.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue? I have about Rs 1600 in my account. How can I get it unblocked?
Did you apply for multiple bank accounts with aadhar otp? AFAIK after otp verification we have to do full kyc within 1 year as only 1 bank account is allowed with aadhaar otp.You should talk with your local kotak branch where you have registered if you havent done full kyc.
