I use blue cut specs which is ideal for mobiles and laptop and my vision is still 6/6 because of this i suppose. An experienced ophthalmologist would give you better advise on this one. Tagging some doc dimers @drjpatwa @batguy143

On a public forum it is recommended to either not post email/telephone number or use temporary email though he could have DM him his real email(maybe he thought op having issues in reading/accessing DM). Of course following basic security guidelines in a situation like this has to be done.

Bro my sister is 100% blind from birth she is now govt teacher @ age of 20 Unka ek or jankar h wo 28 years tak dekh skta tha job kr rha tha achanak accident me uska dono eyes work krna band kr gya wo 10th pass hi tha then usne 12 kiya and then graduation and abhi teacher h and many more examples are their one of the option is  prepare for govt jobs you will get reservation and make a blind certificate if you don,t have
