my OLA account blocked !!

I use ola as one of the options for local commute and have taken hundred or so ride till now and my experience is usually good.
I have taken 2 Ola share rides today and when I tried to open ola app after my ride, I got screen saying my A/C is blocked. With absolute no reason given (only a template message) also there is no email/phone support number to know what happend.
I usually book via tapzo and many times directly on ola. Have excellent rating, low cancelation and as far as i know have not abused ola tos.
anyone has any clue whats going on ?

UPDATE: I got my OLA account unblocked and working flawless again – using help from goverment consumer complaint websites !!

No I did not, I used tapzo for ola booking 80% of time and rest 20% directly book on ola.. have mailed the and contacted on Facebook a day back let’s see what they say… Account is still blocked

Thanks, I have issue with amazon about cashback. 81 days passed and i did not received the cashback from them. I have all the proofs, I will make a complaint in the consumer forum.
