My review for cromaretail.com aka Infinity Retail Pvt. Limited

As far as my purchases are concerned I have bought a few things from croma. The return policy of croma is satisfactory. The beauty of croma is the VAT/CST paid bill which helps a lot at times of claiming warranty. Kudos to croma for that. Even resellers can buy from croma as you get a CST paid bill if you are located in other states and VAT paid bill if you are located in the same state .i.e. based on your billing address.

There is no separate mechanism to provide separate billing and shipping address with different names. It would be better if croma takes up the matter and introduces this facility.

Another positive side of croma is that they sell old stocks particularly 10 months or more for dead cheap rates / discounts. It benefits us customers tremendously. Thanks Croma for that sale.
