my shipement from delhivery is delayed

Hi guys,

I am facing a very unique problem with delhivery courier, they have Sent me out for delivery message on three particular days on 3 rd, 6th and 8th of December, but nobody is contacting me regarding the delivery of the shipment. I mailed them several times but they give same generic replies that they are “looking into the problem”. There is no way to contact them on phone, they don’t even send delivery person’s details.

Does anyone else faced this issue earlier and know what do in this case

Now I tracked my AWB number and the latest update says the order is cancelled or shipment refused, but I did not cancelled the order nor I refused the delivery infact nobody contacted me till now for delivery, Not even a call from their side. Just now tagged them on twitter.by the way it was zanducare order which I placed with coupon code, don’t know what happens now if it returns to seller.

Is it a COD order. Many times they do such things with cod. If courier office is near, go there with orignal id. They may hand it it to you

There service is shit. Once I faced the same problem and then I had to contact customer care and had to tell for a few minutes to get the product delivered to me the same day. They generally send fake msg regarding out for delivery and nobody comes to deliver the product.

Had also faced a similar problem when I had to go to there warehouse to pick my parcel which was sent to me by a friend. There service is pathetic.

Ya, now I know why they are sending ‘out for delivery’ msgs but no one is coming to deliver the product. They send fake out for delivery msgs. May be they have there own reasons for sending those fake msgs.

No dude, my experience with bluedart was smooth, they always deliver on time and sometimes way before expected date.

That’s quite rare but depends mainly on local courier center. In my area bluedart has worst service whereas all other including delhivery delivers on time. Vary frm area to area.
Tag them at twitter, it might escalate your issue

Visit the nearest hub and get the contact number of the delivery center
You can also ask them to leave a note for delivery (think they can add it online)

If this doesn’t work, then you got to travel those 22km and pick the package from the delivery hub

Coupon wasted refund will be credited back in 7 days.
Please all guys make good relationship with courier guys. Like in my case most of the courier guys knows my name and address. Some of the guys directly comes in my house and gives order in very friendly way.

It’s chor service. They had stolen my shipment. Tried everything even on Twitter but they are not replying.

What do you mean by stolen?, if u didn’t received your shipment then u should raise a complaint with your seller they might send you another product.

Bro, the local amazon and flipkart guys knows me better and they always bring my order to my doorstep without even calling me. Even bigbasket guys does the same. And suppose if a person orders from company’s website then we are suppose to get shipment from an unknown person or courier service, it’s courier company responsibility to deliver products safely to customers.

If they had replaced the product with stone still he should’ve raised a complaint, seller would have refunded him the amount.

Did that till almost 2 month. No response. Hence I told chor service. Please don’t trust this .

Yeah, I agree.

Bluedart is so good that they refuse to part with your delivery package unless you let them scan your personal ID (read Aadhaar Card). Everytime bluedart was the delivery company, my delivery went back because I wouldn’t let them scan it. And this is in Delhi

No courier here asks for any ID card (not even while delivering cheque books or government ID cards, these usually come from Blue dart)
3 years back, delhivery used to ask for it, but they stopped after they rebranded recently.
Since the lockdown no one is asking for sign too, mostly I tell them to drop the parcel over call itself and they do conveniently smile

For me, I have stopped buying from those who use bluedart as their delivery partner, most recent being Dell.

Usually delivery guys avoid to travel that much of distance for a single parcel , even i had faced this kind of issue in my hometown where nearest delivery hubs are 20-40km away.

If shipment has not been received to seller then you can still escalate the matter to delhivery. After escalation delhivery had delivered my shipment even after it marked as RTO and after left final hub.
