MyJio App is not working, any ways to activate recharge vouchers?

MyJio App – Nothing was working on the app and then I reinstalled it – now unable to login as OTP is not working on app.
Tried their web but there is no option for vouchers over there.
Please help
I have sent them an email and waiting for their response.

try after 1 hour and Try with wifi if you dont have data balance it will load slowly
turn on hotspot on another phone and on wifi in ur phone connect it

It was happening from last few days, I tried changing network as well but no luck.
I went ahead and read some reviews on playstore, people are saying that the same is also happening with them from last 3 weeks.
Please guys any Jio users here who can check their app or suggest a way to use recharge voucher as my plan will expire tomorrow.
