Myntra

I had bought a Saree, but I Needed to return it because of bad quality in term of embroidery work. The problem is that the item did not come with any tags or stickers or maybe I have misplaced it but the brand tag is attached with it and it is completely unused product. Now while returning the product, the delivery body rejected saying no tags. I told the Myntra customer care but they said no price tag no return. I don’t want to keep this item because it is costly and not quality product. Does myntra Honor the refund?
