I’m unable to login to my Myntra account, It’s giving error-‘Account doesn’t exist’, Is anyone else facing the same?
I have Rs 3500 Balance in this account!

Please help bro, My account blocked with 3500 gc balance and gift card was purchased from myntra only.
On my new account I wasn’t able to update email address, it said email already exists in database. When used the email using forgot password, it says no account found. When contacted support, they are asking Govt ID proof to update email address. New account does not have any purchases, refund, gv etc. Infact I don’t recall ever shopping on Myntra since 3-4 years. Their stupid policies, even twitter escalation / manager calls could not help than asking Govt ID proof. Senseless. I said you will then misuse my Govt ID proof bcoz it does not have my email on it, then what you want to verify out of it? Old account, purchases, balance records, etc understandable, but for new account Govt ID. I DENIED!!!
There is absolutely no requirement for any kind of govt ID to create account on ANY private website, especially shopping websites. Only RBI registered wallet service providers may ask for govt ID for KYC purpose only & that too only when customer initiated. Therefore such requests by Myntra etc are completely illegal, no matter new account or old account. OTP verification is more than enough for account security.
In your case, it looks like stupid & brainless customer care and brainless policy implementation on myntra side. You did right thing, never give into such ridiculous demands of these jokers.

Myntra is a chor company. I am fighting with their twitter team/Case managers/logistic team since 25th August. After more than 1 month also they are still working on this issue with a promise to solve it in next 48 hours.
- My parcel costing 2k was not delivered but marked delivered.
I would say please avoid Myntra unless the offer is very lucrative , Their support and return service will suck all your blood . I purchased a Wahl trimmer which turned out to be faulty and it had 15 days no question asked return policy available but still they want me to visit Wahl service center for resolution. After followups I ended up by visiting service center and getting a replacement but Myntra was of no help.
My account is blocked too…had 5300 in myntra credit..i had installed a second myntra account using dual apps, but still how can you block someone’s already added gift card. The gift card they provided earlier had issues and i was not able to add it to any account. After multiple followups they added it to my account and then blocked it as soon as i placed an order
through which no./email you reached them?
All myntra policies are bullshit. They can’t even honour their promise of solving the issue in 48 hours how can they honour their policies.
I have around 4k total myntra credits in 2 accounts. Looking for ways to use them up in this sale and get my accounts deleted/deactivated by myntra (no) support.
Complaint to Myntra ….. They’d most probably unblock it after the Sale
who has given these companies so much authority that they can block the account whenever they want without providing any details. They can give a warning or keep a penalty. How can they simply block thousands of rupee which is someone’s hard earned money

My myntra account dractivated withoit any pre notification and deactivate after deliveried products, Using myntra from last 10 years, Around 18000 stuck and not getting any positive response, Anyone can help me how i can get back my money.
Am also finally with delivery persons and Myntra agents all are fraud they deactivvated my account my Myntra credit i already added i lost that amount and Hyderabad delivery agents was already my allensolly jeans was picked up but they didn't send to seller daily pickup schedule was coming they even didn't called me and pickup was failed like that they are sending the messages all are fraud delivery agents but impact to customers am the one am actually recently started collaborations and social media influencer now I didn't got my return pickup product and i didn't got my refund also yesterday night i raise the complaint so that's Myntra was deactivate my account i lost my Myntra credit balance and return money also totally disappointed i want my refund back please ELP me out this
I got so many super coins am using 5years onwards i lost everything
