I’m unable to login to my Myntra account, It’s giving error-‘Account doesn’t exist’, Is anyone else facing the same?
I have Rs 3500 Balance in this account!

According to their T&C, pending refund will also get forfeited

Reached them through Twitter only as there was no option on myntra, I just need gift card balance back, There was no pending refunds, And also its an 5-6 year old account with orders more than a average user. Returns were only genuine!

Can i chargeback on cc for this gift card transaction? It was purchased on September 17th.

Reason: Purchased GV, added to account + Myntra not letting me use the GV
Its gonna be interesting, how myntra reacts to the bank query
^^ Make the “Dispute reason” very clear that Myntra is not letting you use the GV to rule out delivery issues

1. Goods or services were not received
2. Goods were faulty or defective
3. Goods and/or services were not as described
Which one should i choose?

On my new account I wasn’t able to update email address, it said email already exists in database. When used the email using forgot password, it says no account found. When contacted support, they are asking Govt ID proof to update email address. New account does not have any purchases, refund, gv etc. Infact I don’t recall ever shopping on Myntra since 3-4 years. Their stupid policies, even twitter escalation / manager calls could not help than asking Govt ID proof. Senseless. I said you will then misuse my Govt ID proof bcoz it does not have my email on it, then what you want to verify out of it? Old account, purchases, balance records, etc understandable, but for new account Govt ID. I DENIED!!!

There is absolutely no requirement for any kind of govt ID to create account on ANY private website, especially shopping websites. Only RBI registered wallet service providers may ask for govt ID for KYC purpose only & that too only when customer initiated. Therefore such requests by Myntra etc are completely illegal, no matter new account or old account. OTP verification is more than enough for account security.
In your case, it looks like stupid & brainless customer care and brainless policy implementation on myntra side. You did right thing, never give into such ridiculous demands of these jokers.

Myntra is a chor company. I am fighting with their twitter team/Case managers/logistic team since 25th August. After more than 1 month also they are still working on this issue with a promise to solve it in next 48 hours.
I would say please avoid Myntra unless the offer is very lucrative , Their support and return service will suck all your blood . I purchased a Wahl trimmer which turned out to be faulty and it had 15 days no question asked return policy available but still they want me to visit Wahl service center for resolution. After followups I ended up by visiting service center and getting a replacement but Myntra was of no help.
