better to open and check during delivery, though some couriers do not allow to do this
exactly same thing happened with me and I also got the exact same reply. They are stealing from us and they are not accepting their fault.
our money is being stolen and they are filling their pockets.
they delivered me a used shirt with some food mark, immediatly i have opened return request. they again returned the product to me and closed the case
you know the irony here? the shirt wont even fit me, cant it even button the damm thing, the size is so small
how did they even came to the conclusion that i have used it? when i open the return request within 30minuts
thats it, i wont be shopping clothing online anymore, ajio wont even return pickup the items. my anger has no limits on these 2 companies. they eat all my hard earned cashback from other cards
I am not received this itams V Mart 2-3boy trousers my order complain 4-04-2023, one month 5day but not return
Same happened with me as of 15th June,2023.i had been shopping extensively on Myntra and in one of the orders,Lipsticks worth 800 got missing.How can this even happen.The tampered bill was inside the sealed package but no lipsticks.The lipsticks were coming with bathing towels ,so easily they stole the lipsticks.
Now After getting duped,I am reading this....The same message is computer AI generated message is being sent to me also.
I have alerted everyone not to shop from Myntra and trust ekart agents.
On top of this I refused delivery of other items which came after my stolen order,the ekart guy wants an otp for doing some other scam with me.Beware public ,it's a right to refuse delivery if for any reason you don't want the product ordered at the last moment.in my case it was a valid reason,they took my money and did not give me the product.Now harassment over the phone to give otp if I am not taking any more deliveries.
Don't order in bulk guys....Say no to Myntra and Ekart !
