Nch is shit.

I tried it once against postpe.

They closed complaint after 45 days because postpe didn't even reply to them.🤣

You people are doing misuse by ordering bulk gold coins probably by gift cards. Many people are doing shady stuff for reselling. Myntra should take strong action against such people. If transaction was genuine for self consumption then they are liable.

What’s the purpose of buying gold coins then?

Keep it in cupboard forever?

Why are they selling it? Can anyone wear it?

I think Myntra should question these questions to themselves.

1.It is not about bulk ordering and this is the first order of mine when Myntra started gold coin I did this order .

2. Problem is with their seller of Kalyan jewellers(candere)

And still they are selling they have not done out of stock

3. If they can't deliver then they can cancel the order but they are not doing that also and not allowing customers also to cancel in the app and how much time they need 33 days passed

Online gold coins selling has become a scam. This has happened with me on flipkart as well. They were holding my money for months and not delivering the product. Had to follow up multiple times to get my money back.

Order cancelled after a month and 100rs compensation (totally not worth the time wasted )received
