I ordered for Rs.1210 from myntra using paypal.Money deducted from bank.Order didnt get placed in myntra.No refund issued/initiated,instead i got a mail that( your purchase didnt qualify for any cashback).New debit card,new myntra account,new paypal account.
How to solve this guys?,why didnt i get cashback
